Our aim is to continually improve the quality of our services to our patients and we would welcome any suggestions from you, but if you feel the need to complain or to air your view in a formal manner, you can of course do so, using our in-house procedure.
Dr Juliette Ross is our Complaints Administrator. Details can be obtained at reception. Of course, if we do things well, you could tell us about them too!!
