Appointments
We operate a full appointment system with 48 hour access, you will be seen within 2 working days from the time of your  request. 

The Appointment offered may also not be with the Doctor of your choice & therefore apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Appointments will not be booked far in advance due to the number of appointments being Missed (DNA) unless there is a special request or circumstance.

Out of Hours
For Out of Hours Service please contact our GP Co-operative (HARMONI) on

they will direct your call appropriately to either NHS Direct or a GP out of hours centre which is based at Central Middlesex Hospital or Northwick Park Hoaspital 

You can also go the GP Lead Walk-In Centre who provide GP Access 8:00am - 8:00pm 7 days a week they are based at 116 Chaplin Road Wembley Middlesex.

They can also arrange for a docotr to do a home visit if necessary.

Home Visits
In an emergency situation the Patient/ representative/ carers requesting a home visit must first ring the surgery in the morning. Patient/carers/relatives will be triaged by the receptionist with regards to the purpose of the visit to help direct the visit to the appropriate doctor and prepare for the visit as necessary.

The doctor may also call and speak to you prior to the visit.

Dr Juliette Ross has been practicing at Wembley Park for the past 25 years .She is  supported by her colleagues, Dr Sadik Merali, Dr Simon Rodrigues, Dr Sangita Godambe and Dr Zahra Hakim .

Linda Castillo, our Nurse Practitioner, joined the surgery about 7 years ago as a Practice Nurse. She is a competent Nurse Prescriber so that she can treat many minor ailments. Savita Patel has just joined the team to replace Edith Andresier who had been with us for over 30 years.  

The surgery has appointed one Health Care Assistant, Jibril Mohammed, who  joined  the practice last year and is a trained smoking cessation advisor. From November 2010 Linda Castillo will also be a smoking cessation advisor.

Last but not least, our team of reception staff, who are happy and willing to help with all your enquiries both on the phone and in person at the surgery.

Our dedicated staff will be of assistance at all times as our moto says HELP US TO HELP YOU!!!  You can help reception staff in providing as much information as possible at the first point of call, allowing the members of staff to help direct you to see the right person. This allows us to save time and inconvenience.     

The surgery website is a means to communicate, inform & update our patients. The website will help to provide up to date resource links, Health care related information and provide current up to date news, developments & changes that are relevant to the practice and the care of our patients.

The first online application introduced is the online prescription request which can be accessed by clicking on the link below. However you must access a Login & Pin number from the surgery and register to activate the application.
